Invite anyone by email once — they join your team and reach every workspace you own, including ones you add later — and tailor their access with individual permissions: create, edit, publish, approve, delete, manage accounts, or manage team. A client who should only sign off gets nothing but Approve posts, and you can delegate team management without making anyone an owner.
